Rahul Srivastava
With 28 years of experience in Civil Trails and Corporate Litigation, Mr. Rahul Srivastava has his expertise in Company Law, Transfer of Property, Consumer Protection, Competition Law, Criminal Litigation, Negotiable Instruments, Matrimonial Disputes and varied Commercial Disputes.
He has been the Standing Counsel for the Ministry of Telecommunications and TDSAT and the Food Corporation of India, He possesses a wide experience in appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the High Court of New Delhi, Bombay, the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, SEBI, SAT, CCI etc.
Suparna Srivastava
Mrs. Suparna Srivastava is currently the Standing Counsel for the Union of India in the High Court of Delhi and has been the Standing Counsel for the State of Chhattisgarh in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, possessing expertise in Constitutional Law. She also represents various Public Sector undertakings including the Power Grid Corporation, Karnataka State Electricity Board, Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd., State Electricity Regulatory Commission of Gujarat etc.
She has almost 25 years of Practice and experience in Civil and Governmental Litigation in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. She also possess expertise in Energy Law, having experience in both the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity and the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission.
